Fee Structure
Your investment capital always remains in your own brokerage account. The only costs are:
- The monthly or annual Collective2 subscription fee for accessing the strategy
- Your broker’s normal trading commissions (if applicable)
There are no deposits made to Fuchs Capital Invest, and we never have custody of client assets. You keep full ownership and control of your capital at all times.
Risk Disclosures
Trading financial markets involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor.
- Market risk: the value of your portfolio fluctuates with market conditions. Extended drawdowns are possible, and you can lose some or all of your invested capital.
- Tracking divergence: your results will differ from the published strategy record. Execution timing, fill prices, your chosen scale factor, your broker, commissions and exchange rates all cause deviation. The published record is not a representation of the return any individual subscriber will achieve.
- Slippage & capacity: signals are executed by multiple subscribers simultaneously. In less liquid positions — including smaller industrial and commodity holdings — this can widen spreads and worsen fills. Capacity is finite and deviation tends to increase with the number and size of subscribing accounts.
- Automated execution risk: AutoTrade depends on Collective2, your broker’s API and third-party infrastructure. Outages, connectivity failures, rejected or partially filled orders and delayed signals can leave your account holding positions that differ from the strategy, including unintended open exposure. AutoTrade does not remove your responsibility to monitor your own account.
- Scaling & margin risk: the scale factor you select determines your position sizes. Scaling above the strategy’s reference size increases risk proportionally and may involve margin. Margin positions can result in losses exceeding your initial capital and in forced liquidation by your broker.
- Currency risk: a substantial share of positions is denominated in foreign currencies, primarily US dollars. Exchange rate movements affect your returns independently of strategy performance.
- Concentration risk: the strategy holds a focused number of positions across technology, industrials, commodities and utilities — sectors that may correlate more strongly in a rate shock or liquidity event than their labels suggest.
- Costs: the Collective2 subscription fee is charged regardless of performance, in addition to your broker’s commissions. On smaller accounts this represents a significant percentage cost and materially affects net returns.
- Strategy risk: past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. The strategy may be changed, suspended or discontinued at any time.
- No custody, no advice: Fuchs Invest never holds your capital and does not manage your account. You remain solely responsible for the decision to subscribe, for your scaling, and for supervising your account.
